Gennadiy joined staff in 2025, coming from an investment management background. He stepped into his calling to architect a robust mercy ministry model that can be sustainably replicated in urban areas. His role includes optimizing ministry operations, supporting Sunday Ops and community safety, and leading Communion Ministry. He is also revitalizing Arts Ministry and Faith & Work, and exploring new concepts such as Sports Ministry. When he is not working, he is in nature, reading a book, mixing on his DJ controller, or spending time with family and friends.
