Men’s Ministry
Our Purpose
Through the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Men’s Ministry (GTMens) at Grace Toronto Church (GTC), ministers and encourages men in their spiritual relationship with God. GTMens provides an opportunity for men to grow in their spiritual walk and faith by: studying the Bible and theology, growing in the dependence on prayer, fostering relationships and accountability partners, and providing opportunities to serve the local church and the broader community; all for the glory of God (soli deo gloria).
We emphasize that participation in GTMens will not be the “fix all” to man’s spiritual walk and maturity but that by teaching and equipping men, they will come to develop a humble dependence on God through His Son, Jesus Christ, as He shapes and uses each man.
Vision
To establish a Men’s Ministry that disciples men using the three tenets: scripture, prayer, and discipleship. Dedicated men’s groups (small groups), large group events and other special events (e.g. guest speakers and topical topic conversations) will be developed and used to encourage the personal sanctification and spiritual maturity of men.
